If successful, the demonstration flight will allow for human-rated certification of the Crew Dragon spacecraft, and the Falcon 9 rocket, the crew transportation system, launch pad, and SpaceX's capabilities, etc. The mission includes two astronauts testing of Crew Dragon capabilities on orbit All docking operations will be autonomously controlled by the Crew Dragon spacecraft but monitored by the flight crew in case manual intervention becomes necessary. For the first time since the last flight of the Space Shuttle in 2011, U.S. astronauts will go to orbit from American soil. The Dragon spacecraft is capable of carrying up to seven passengers to and from Earth orbit, and beyond. It is the only spacecraft currently flying that is capable of returning significant amounts of cargo to Earth, and will soon become the first private spacecraft to take humans to the space station. The first stage booster will attempt to land on the floating barge ‘Of Course I Still Love You’, in the Atlantic Ocean. Let’s run the numbers real quick: $180,000 a day, let’s assume an average month is 31 days (30.44 but we'll round up), that equals $5,580,000 a month, which if you multiply by 12, you get $66,960,000, and if you multiply that yearly income, by 2020 years, you get $135,259,200,000. MEANING: if you earned, 180k a day, for 2020 years, you would arrive today, and realize - Jeff Bezos still has a higher net worth (billions more). If the 2020 financial crisis has showed us anything it’s that we need to start saving money and not live paycheck to paycheck or risk having to wait weeks for stimulus checks that for some people, still have not arrived yet. Not to mention the Fed printing more money, which leads to inflation. I wanted to revisit the idea of saving money because recently I saw Graham Stephan do a video about not saving money because that’s what can cause the economy to potentially not recover. And while that may be true, we should still save aggressively, because many of the millions of people that have lost their jobs in the 2020 recession - like my dad, may never get them back. So how much money should you save and what should your net worth be? The AVERAGE net worth of an American is $692,000, that number is skewed because of how rich people in America can be - like the CEO of Amazon. The MEDIAN net worth here in the US is only about $97,000. That’s taking all your “liabilities” or your debts, and subtracting them from your assets - and remember, they include your house, your 401k, your savings, your stocks including dividend stocks, bonds, etc. Believe it or not, in a book published in 1996 called The Millionaire Next Door: The Surprising Secrets of America’s Wealth, the authors found that MILLIONAIRES, are more commonly found in middle or blue collar class income levels, than in white collar class - higher earning levels. Here’s how we can calculate whether or not you’re doing a good job saving money, using a formula created by Dr. Thomas Stanley, author of the Millionaire Next Door. 3 DIFFERENT scores, rated UAW which means under accumulator of wealth, that’s the one you don’t want to be. Then there’s AAW which is average accumulator of wealth, and then there’s PAW - prodigious achiever of wealth. You take your age, then you multiply it by your annual income (before paying taxes), so let’s say I make $100,000 a year and then you divide the result by 10. When I started 2020, my next worth was around $300,000 , which is taking everything into consideration, my debts which I have none, and my assets, which besides my stock account with Robinhood, WeBull, and M1 Finance - I don’t have anything else. The result of that formula gives me an answer of $310,000 which is very close to where I am today. What does this mean? That means, I’m considered an AAW. An “average accumulator of wealth”. For 14 minutes shy of an hour, Ethan Klein spilled all the beans about DramaAlert’s Daniel, from his fallacious accusations of people as being a pedophile without legitimate proof, doxxing and SWATting people, and being incredibly insensitive and inconsiderate of people with mental illnesses. One of Ethan’s biggest points in the video was the suicide of Etika, a YouTuber who suffered from a mental illness. Ethan heavily referenced Daniel’s video where he interviewed Etika after he was detained and released because he had a manic attack. Ethan started and ended the video on his own personal beef against Daniel, where the latter claimed that money from Payday 2’s DLC designed in collaboration with h3h3 was used to pay for the Matt Hoss lawsuit (which is a different story altogether). As is ritualistic of YouTubers with beef, Daniel Keem came up with a video of his own the next day on DramaAlert, titled “H3h3 lies”. Sporting only 15 minutes and a promise of more, Daniel retaliated on Ethan’s video, going onto the issue of Etika’s suicide first and saying that he has changed his perspective of Etika for the better, even becoming close enough for Etika’s mother to text him after his death. Daniel said that his video heavily implied, if not insinuated, that he caused Etika’s suicide. Daniel also claimed that Ethan was a hypocrite, referencing a video clip where Ethan mocked FouseyTube, another YouTuber who suffers from a mental illness. Daniel ended the video on a seeming threat and an assurance of another video, which is yet to be posted as of this writing. The next day, h3h3Productions put up another video titled “Nuclear Fallout - Keemstar,” containing almost 20 minutes of rebuttal against DramaAlert’s “H3h3 lies”. Now using the latest video as reference material, Ethan defended himself (also through Twitter) against the accusation that he implied Daniel caused Etika to suicide. For 14 minutes shy of an hour, Ethan Klein spilled all the beans about DramaAlert’s Daniel, from his fallacious accusations of people as being a pedophile without legitimate proof, doxxing and SWATting people, and being incredibly insensitive and inconsiderate of people with mental illnesses. One of Ethan’s biggest points in the video was the suicide of Etika, a YouTuber who suffered from a mental illness. Ethan heavily referenced Daniel’s video where he interviewed Etika after he was detained and released because he had a manic attack. Ethan started and ended the video on his own personal beef against Daniel, where the latter claimed that money from Payday 2’s DLC designed in collaboration with h3h3 was used to pay for the Matt Hoss lawsuit (which is a different story altogether). As is ritualistic of YouTubers with beef, Daniel Keem came up with a video of his own the next day on DramaAlert, titled “H3h3 lies”. Sporting only 15 minutes and a promise of more, Daniel retaliated on Ethan’s video, going onto the issue of Etika’s suicide first and saying that he has changed his perspective of Etika for the better, even becoming close enough for Etika’s mother to text him after his death. Daniel said that his video heavily implied, if not insinuated, that he caused Etika’s suicide. Daniel also claimed that Ethan was a hypocrite, referencing a video clip where Ethan mocked FouseyTube, another YouTuber who suffers from a mental illness. Daniel ended the video on a seeming threat and an assurance of another video, which is yet to be posted as of this writing. The next day, h3h3Productions put up another video titled “Nuclear Fallout - Keemstar,” containing almost 20 minutes of rebuttal against DramaAlert’s “H3h3 lies”. Now using the latest video as reference material, Ethan defended himself (also through Twitter) against the accusation that he implied Daniel caused Etika to suicide. We have one type of investor who’s sitting on the sidelines, holding out, and patient waiting for everything to begin crumbling down, and for the stock market to FINALLY reflect what’s happening in our economy. BUT…when it comes to all of this, here’s the one thing that always needs to be remembered: The Stock Market is NOT our economy. Even though stock prices CAN be influenced by the unemployment rate, strength of businesses, and how confident investors are in the future…it doesn’t mean the two will necessarily match one another, and what happens with stocks…versus what happens with our economy…can be two TOTALLY separate things. This type of thinking also reminds me of the saying: “The Market Can Remain Irrational Longer Than You Can Remain Solvent” This means that - as much as you believe something SHOULD happen…like, we SHOULD see the stock market go back down - the market can, and WILL, outlast you and your money. But now, let’s talk about that second type of investor - the ones who’s optimistically plowing themselves back into the market right now, because things HAVE to go back up to where there were before, right? And the faster the market moves up…the quicker they have to jump in, before they miss the gravy train. And THIS is actually where I’m the most concerned, because - given the recent, new wave of popularity towards finance and investments, combined with the EASE of now investing from your phone, in fractional shares, with as little as $1…I’m worried that there’s an unrealistic expectation where, once something goes down - it HAS to go back up. And I just think, that type of mentality is going to set a LOT of new investors up for massive failure if they either see their investments drop in price - or, if things take longer to recover than they initially anticipated. JUST because we’ve seen a massive drop, DOESN’T MEAN we can’t see another drop - and, it doesn’t mean we can’t trade sideways for quite some time, while your money just sits there doing nothing. So, given that…I think it’s really important to set an expectation UPFRONT - that, anytime you invest, you should invest knowing that NO ONE knows what’s going to happen, EVERYONE loves to guess and predict about things they have no control over, and the BEST guidance is just to BUY, and HOLD as long as you can knowing that, if you’ve diversified enough - you should see a positive return, long term. Real talk, everyone…that’s the only investment advice I really, truly stand by - because there’s just NO WAY anyone can try to predict what’s going to happen over the next 1-3 years. As excited as we get about proposals, it’s too premature to see what actually happens with them and if this actually becomes a reality. At this time, it SEEMS like there’s still a strong likelihood of something passing…but, given the comments from the White House today, we have no idea what’s going to be done, or if people are going to be receiving another round of checks. I would NOT be surprised if another $1200 was re-issued, among some other state and local government funding…but I also wouldn’t be surprised if they took a “Wait and see” approach over the next month, and then re-evaluate what’s happening with our economy. Either way, it leaves all of us somewhat in the dark, without any clear guidance on what to expect, or what’s likely to come from all of this - other than to continue reading new updates that just leave us more confused the longer we read them. Everything we do will have a consequence later on down the line, and at this point - the best we can do is pick the option that we feel will do the least amount of damage long term. Even though that’s for the house, senate, and White House to debate…it IS apparent that, most likely, something will need to happen - and, until then, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens. But, I’m still remaining cautiously optimistic that there’s a good chance of there being SOMETHING happening over the next month or so…although, who knows if it’s going to be as good as getting $2000 per month, tax free.
