I ate 1 meal a day for 300 days! (FOR REAL)
What were the results? For the past 11 months I have been Intermittent Fasting every single day. I have short eating windows and eat only a single meal a day, with very few exceptions. This gives me the joy of eating what I like, while still feeling so much better and being able to lose 30 lbs and experience many NSV.
