Eating at 4 Charles Prime Rib. The HARDEST RESERVATION in NYC
I eat at and review 4 Charles Prime Rib in the West Village neighborhood of New York City. The restaurant is considered to have some of the hardest reservations to get in NYC and is thus very exclusive. The establishment serves steakhouse fare and a burger that is regarded as one of the best in the world. 4 Charles Prime Rib comes from Hogsalt Hospitality, the same restaurant group that is responsible for Au Cheval.
